Had a bad week for some reason. It may because I had to be at work at 5 am three days out of the last five, doing five-hour server upgrades each time. I was too tired to workout like I needed, yet my schedule kept me from eating well (I usuallly take time to prepare breakfast, lunch, and snacks to
