I can't say I disagree. Blade was the weakest thing about the show.

Blade is portrayed by Sticky Fingaz from Onyx. They've been trying
to find a vehicle for Sticky to act for a long time now. I really
want this show to work out for him because when I read the books I
thought he'd be perfect for the role, but this wasn't a promising
first episode.

I think he was being a wiseass throughout the entire interview. He
probably was told he needed to bulk up for the role but I doubt he
added 100 pounds. From the on set stills I've seen of him I would
say he might have added twenty or thirty pounds. I took the steroid
comment as a zinger thrown

I was too ashamed tio admit that I missed the show (too busy downloading), but
it seems, from the comments I've read, that I didn't miss much. I just caught
the previews for the upcoming ep, and it looks, at face value, a lot like
Blade II, only with more gory stuff.

Not at all...It may be that he's not up to the role...I've never seen him act
before, so I don't know...
