I was just the opposite...I ate just about every meal with the zeal of a hungry
husband coming home from work...I am fond of calling myself a proud omnivor,
eating or at least trying everything that was deemed edible in my household as
a child...With the exception of oatmeal cereal and chicken
We usually go to my Mom's or my adopted brother's house, although some
years, like when there has been illness or death in the immediate
family, we eat at my mom's favorite hotel restaurant or I know this
sound jaded, but she would pay a caterer to cook. What can I say, grief
and depression

It's hard to get out of a rut. Just make one change and stick to it for a
couple of weeks, then make another, and so on... I did it with working out,
which helps keep me balanced. Now, if I go 2 -3 days without some kind of
exercise, i miss it. When I do work out--not even super intense all the
