I don't think it should be standard. It would become formulaic, and boring, and
it would be abused as a forum to ask unanswerable gotcha questions. But it
would be a good idea to have them on an as-needed basis.

I have to agree with that. It's a wonderful idea, but we don't run our Guv'mint
in the same fashion as Great Britain. Just not enough time to gather all the
