X11 and the developer tools are all on Your osX CDs. I am not shure how to
proceed as I have no ibook handy, but You should devinately find
them there and easily install the packages (X11, gcc, Xcode ...) .

There is a tarball containing test files and what I say is the "correct"
output for comparison. I also have a nice highres duotone of a cow
cartoon (C and K channels) if anybody is
