Well, for that matter, Dan just might be better than Jeremy...but we really don't know, do we? After all, most people "in the know" say Dan has a bigger part in writing SDRE songs than Jeremy does. John RIP Ernest Tree Climbers, Inc.: http://www.geocities.com/SunsetStrip/Pit/5018/treeclimbers

.Though HIFTBSO was a great album, the basslines took a step down. PLEASE do not let them drop any further.. I have to disagree with this statement. Nate wrote some great lines, but the lines on hiftbso are beautiful and melodic and fit the songs perfectly. Just listen to the sharks

i'm pretty sure that jeremy played most of the "rock" instruments on his solo album -- guitar, bass, drums (except for A.A.). so, if you listened to jeremy's solo record, you've heard basslines he wrote/played and, in most cases, i'd say they're perfectly fine. no offense to joe but i'm sure

I'm not so sure that we can pass judgment on Jeremy so quickly. He is a talented musician, and I don't think that his creativity will hinder the bass lines of the new album. As far as I know, I have never heard any music for which Jeremy played bass, so I am going to hope for the best. Proficiency

Upon watching the new sunny day video, my love for them was renewed and hightened. How beautifull they are. My heart bleeds at every verse. Jeremy looks so good and healthy. The new bass player, Joe, is awsome and fits in perfectly. I love the new additions to Every Shining Time, Rodeo Jones, and T

This is my first time posting, so I hope I've got the procedure right. Anyway (I hope that my concerns, if shared by enough people in some form or fashion, will reach someone close to the band), I fear that having Jeremy play bass on the album could be a very bad idea. Not to knock Jere
