The problem lies with my IIS 5.0 server which is sitting behind a SmoothWall Firewall

The reason for this question is that I have some software that will gather data from 1
port on 1 IP address only. (The IP Address is used as the Identifier) But I need it to

reason why governments (Especially the U.S.) are against strong encryption
(among other topics). I think the major reason is because they want the
ability to unencrypt your files if you're a criminal.
