JSR250 is fine for Phoenix but I'd really like to support spring IoC
for spring. I see the mailet name not as a classname but just a name.
A mailet loader should be able to resolve as a spring bean. So to make
Sieve work in Spring I plan to take a look at creating a loader which
will allow resource
