I apologize for the multiple messages. I kept getting the messages from
myself and I expected them to be coming from the James mailing list. I
thought it was not reaching the list. He does have Norton installed and is
using Outlook 2003. I will ask him to turn it off and see what happens.

And check that he doesnt have Norton internet security installed. That
seems to randomly screw with mail sessions, even if you tell it to allow the
program unrestricted access. This accounts for about 80% of email
enquireies i get.
