Matt, I had a similar problem with my 86 turbo Z. I thought the rack was held to the column with a bolt or clip too, but it wasn't. What I did was position a couple jackstands just below the K-Frame and tapped a little bit on the contol arms with a hammer and it just wiggled out. When I knocke
