SD no power

i have an 89 shelby daytona T2/5sp, i just took the engine out and put a timing belt on (done to the spec's in the manual) put all new vac lines and etc, new fuel pump as well. car starts fine, sounds good smooth. vac holds according to the stock gauge, but when given throttle it slowly speeds
