well a car thats sat for 3 years because it wont pass smog? Id say 1500 is definatly the range.. IMHO Id figure for one of these cars a 3K price tag would get me a 7 or 8 outta 10 in clean looks drivable and smogable.. or a unrestored needs paint and a few dents and runs ok numbered
