I was out driving my Shelby Charger last Saturday when it just died going
down the road. I checked the codes and it gives me a code 43.

To pulse the coil the power module provides a ground. The other side of the
coil should have 12v sitting on it all the time when the key is ON.The

Actually, you will only see 12V on the coil when the ASD relay is closed,
which only occurs for 1sec after the ignition is turned on and when the
ECU detects a HEP signal (while cranking).
