I used to have great success with my 87 CSX passing smog checks in Chicago. In
fact the car passed both the basic sniffer test and new dyno tests with a race
ported cat...
The engine was 100% stock from top to bottom except the ported cat and:
14deg timing, 12deg minimum
87 Stage 2
HC is caused by misfire find the cause.
