The larger the head, the thinner the titanium so strength will be lower.
The most popular Bang head on the long drive circuit appears to

Same here. It's hard to find a place that will sell small custom lots like

second the feedback David's received on the project X - they're a wonderful
shaft if they fit your swing. I think the weakest flex they're available

Hi Pat, Projec

I built both a driver and a six iron using the driveway market shaft.
Dug around and found a source for black acetal (aka Delron [r] ) rods, dimensions
of .375 & .3125. More flexible than the driveway market rod and a better
fit for golf heads. Tensile strength is rated at 9,720 psi. Ough

I'd look at the companies making driver heads specifically for the long
drive tour. Guys like Zuback generate even more clubhead speed,
significantly and consistently. So clubheads made for them should stand up.
They will also have the lower lofts that your golfer will probably need.

Thanks in advance.

Anyone have a suggestion for something similar to the Callaway X14's irons?

Try a KZG 7* 325 Titanium. If you are not a KZG dealer or have access to one then maybe a Vector 320 in 7* would fill the bill (available from Golf Coast - call Jerry Connolly).

Folks - your thoughts please:
I have an exceptionally gifted athlete who has markedly improved over
the last 12 months. He is 22, a single digit handicap that can get much
lower if we tighten up his short game. He's working with a pro on his
swingshape but it is pretty sweet as it is.
Facts:
Duncan,
The Millenium is an Integra head. They are available in either the cryo
finish or normal stainless versions from most suppliers carrying the Integra
line.
