If you have the stiff, cheap, blue air hose like I did, you may be
interested in this product - Flexeel air hose. VERY flexible and easy
to use. I spotted some trim carpenters using this and asked about it.

There are two main reasons why roll cannot work in the same manner as
does bulge. For one, for the head to even be able to rotate about its
CG in a vertical manner of rotation, the shaft would have to be gone

I thought that roll was supposed to do kind of the same thing as
bulge, as it pertains to "gear effect", but around a different axis.
That being, shots hit low on the clubface would get more backspin,
while shots high on the clubface would get less. Therefore, some roll
was added so that shots off
