Lay the putter face on a flat surface and align by pressign down the
shaft on the same surface. You should get a straigtht alighment of the
shaft

If you have a putter bending machine, align it in the machine and
let the epoxy cure. According to Ralph Maltby, the double bend
shaft is the most "mis-installed" putter shaft.

Tom,
You can use any shaft you like that fits the
putter hosel(normally a standard iron shaft).
I use Harrison 2nds for putters. Works for me;-).
