I agree it is a stupid, and costly way to go.What will it accomplish?? Case in point: No one spins the ball as much out of the rough than Padraig Harrington, and Fred Funk hardly spins it at all !! If you change the groves what will happen, Padraig will still spin the ball, maybe a little less
