rules, etc. I expected it to pick up provider cha

I've been attempting to use an anonymizing VPN service on my Arch Linux router
alongside Shorewall while also allowing SSH access to said machine.
I decided to try and use providers 'NET' and 'VPN'. However, this did not work,
and I removed the entries in '/etc/shorewall/providers'.
