rightly so, because siesta-3.0-rc-1 had replaced it.
But due to this issue, we have just uploaded, as well
siesta-3.0-b (so you can obtain it if you need).

Dear Sir,
This is a known error with the rc1 version, see previous messages in the
mailing-list. Please use the 3.0-b for transiesta calculations, until an
updated version is availble.

This issue has been fixed, and should be released soon. Until then,
don't use the rc1 for Transiesta calculations.
