We don't. Please remember ... HTML describes document structure,
not document appearance.

There is no tab in html, but you can have several different ways to
achieve the same result.
1. use , , tag to indent a line
2. use tag and use to make the extra space before the first
line, and use colspan to combine the lines after that. So the first line
is indent while the others are
