The bttv module can pretty much only be used for TV chipsets utilizing the BT848 or 878 chipset. I don't know about what you have, but in my experience, the only TV chipsets that really work to any extent in Linux would be the ones with the BT848 or 878 chipset, or anything on an ATI All-In-Wo

so here's the deal. I am dual booting fedora core2 and XP. my HD set up is as follows: hda1 is windows, hda2 is storage (mp3s, games etc), both are ntfs. hdb1 is linux. I was dual booting with grub and everything was great until I mounted hda2 in linux to access those files while in fedora. I c
