I just tried with the actual setup for 1.0.1 from launchpad on Win7-64
and it does what it should.
Just repeat in an empty folder only having the setup stuff.

I am having the same issue. I just downloaded the sikuli-setup.jar
today, attempted to install. It failed to download the 1.0.1-x.jar
files. (dropbox is blocked from our site).

I had no success with Sikuli setup so far on my Win7 64bit PC. I followed the
instructions given in FAQ#2363 and created a local copy of downloads (with jars
from 1.0.1-1 through 1.0.1-5), but it didn't help.

Just download setup again, there was a bug with the switch to download
from launchpad and offline setup.
Should work now.
