a foreign currency account is very different to a foreign bank account.
people here will want to do a wire (direct deposit/eft), and they'll want
to know your routing number (bsb) and your account number.
bet you a glass of your finest lager that cba provides you with an aussie
based account
Another thing to keep in mind is that you can open up a US bank
account (given you're in the US) without a social security number. I
did that in the early years of being in the US. So if it's important
to have a US bank account, then all it takes is a trip.

We use Associated Foreign Exchange (www.afex.com) who have bank
accounts in a large number of countries around the world.
You provide your creditor with the AFEX account details and make sure
they put your company name in the transaction description. AFEX then
receives the money and transfers it
