Not new at all. But new members (ie ppl who have joined but never posted)
are sent into the moderation queue until marked as 'always allow'.
I don't see how moderation would affect list volume, given people who have
posting rights aren't in the moderation flow.

Is moderation on this list a new thing? I had thought only "trolls" were
blocked and others had default real-time-pass-thru? Is that not the case
(if it ever was?).
(The list volume seems to have dropped quite a bit, wonder if that's the
reason)...

first been where you are...so i speak a bit from experience
a) how big an opportunity is it ? work this out. If it is not a BIG
opportunity, is it worth the risk to your house/family/kids ?
b) if it is a big opportunity, don't worry about the company - they will do
their own w
My rule of thumb is 70k per founder which will add up to 100k with expenses.
It's not enough to live on, you'll still be going backward, but it'll probably
buy you another year of runway. Hope this helps.
