Have any of you had to prepare a short but convincing sales forecast when
you are still largely pre-revenue?
How did you go about it?
I can estimate my total addressable market -- the research market, which
Esomar says is worth $32.1 billion.
But of course I'm initially targeting a
All pre revenue forecasts are bullshit. You're selling a story so pick the data
that sounds the most convincing.
Costs allocated per unit help for profit calculations not sales forecast.
What might make sense is to pick an activity which drives sales and use that to
scale your revenue
