Hello everyone,
I am very new to the concept of company share options as this is the
first time I have been offered anything like that in Australia. A
company I am talking to at the moment has decided to offer me share
options in addition to salary etc. but I am not sure how valuable they

Hello
Does someone here know the rules around publicly available real estate
agents information. I need it for commercial purpose but not sure if I can
just download this information from real estate websites and use it for
commercial reasons.
Cheers,

Or is there an aspect of investment green cards which I don't u
What you might also try is talking about TN visa. A lot of employers and
agents are familiar with that. Then tell them there is a TN(ish) visa for
Australia as well and you would use that.

The first 5 steps in Geoff's email are a matter of days. The 6th step where
employee has to apply for the visa depends which country he is coming from.
If he is coming from a Cat A country then a month is a fair estimate.
Otherwise it may take up to 6 months.

Hi Pat
Welcome to SB. I was wondering whats the benefit of drafting your own
agreement for contracting. Usually companies offer a standard agreement
which is not very different than any job contract. What is the use case of
paying $50 to get an agreement made up?

I am seriously considering registering my own LLC and getting an E3 on
that. I will update you guys about it how it all goes. My only concern is
the company will be brand new with no previous history but let us see.

Did you have to explain that its your own company at all or it never came
up to that point?
Just want to clear it up without sounding too picky.

Hi Abhinav
Congratulations on your E3.
Can you describe your experience of self sponsorship? What kind of

Thanks

Me and my wife received SSN within a week earlier this year.

That reminds me I need reference to a good immigration attorney for
employer sponsored green card processing.
If anyone has a personal reference they would like to share please do that.
