first - doing a patent is a lot of a) time b) money think about it.
next...tips that will save you a) time and b) money
a) all diagrams must be BLACK and WHITE. Sounds like no small thing
but it is. That's all. Screen shots - black and white.
whilst sensible measures, I'd label these as more administrative aspects of
patent rather than strategy per see ... I would consider the interaction
between business/competitive environment and IP classes as more
tactical/strategy ... should one open source, how much do you influence
