I had shingles twice. The first time I went to the dr. and got the drugs.
Cannot remember which. It took several weeks to get better and get rid of
the rash.
A year later it started again (pain first) and before the rash developed, I
started using a few ounces of CS each day.
Adding a few drops of 35% H2O2 to a glass of CS solution is supposed to
greatly increase activity for some conditions - why not give it a try?
