GSE = Grapefruit Seed Extract
This extract has antibacterial and antifungal properties. Very
concentrated, be careful about putting it on your skin full strength. I
add 200 drops to 8oz distilled water in a spray bottle and use as
deoderant. Kills odor all day without any skin rash. Used to us
Grapefriut Seed Extract. Please don't confuse this with Grapeseed
extract!
It is a great antibacterialcide, virucide, and fungicide. I have used
it internally for yeast infections, but it does burn when used in the
sinuses. You have to be careful not to use too much. It has a bitter
taste
Echinacea doesn't work for me either. Sometimes the peroxide in the ears
has worked. I didn't try that this time.

Hi Sheila,
No more H2O2 (3%) than we're talking about in my mixture should bother NO

improves and speeds CS killing power and effectiveness--we've found this to
be true and it will keep for quite awhile.

For close to 60 years I suffered off and on with sinus probs.[so did my
father].Many Docs tried with their poisons, which only worsened my
miseries. Now I have chronic sinusitus under control with this mix; in 25

3% H202,and
I hope she will answer my question then. I just can't remember where I

Seems to be, I have a PWT, and have checked it's readings, so it seems
to be functioning correctly. My CS reads the same as always, approx
10-14 ppm. I usually put a little H202 in some of it (I leave it out for
misting eyes).

Nope it doesn't sting at all, in fact it is very soothing, makes a nice

burn a bit, but I don't think adding salt to that would be a good idea.

I can tell the difference between a virus caused cold and a bacteria caused
cold when taking CS. The bacteria caused cold is wiped out within 2 days.
The viral cold runs its normal course. I can only conclude that CS alone is
not effective against viral colds.
