I guess we ARE all individual...
I have no problem brushing my teeth with 12% H2O2.
All I notice is it's a little warming...

I like angles, but only to a degree.

Try adding an equal amount of CS to the H2O2. That should dilute it 50%
so it would be 1.5% H2O2. That should be tolerable. Or even dilute it
a bit more to start with. If your gums are in bad shape there will
probably be a bit of feeling for a few days, but they should get better
quickly.
I really did mean OUCH to straight 3 %. It hurts me.

Now that I am serving clients like my pupils and people getting slowly
interested, I am even more cauteous as to the quality of my CS.
My observation of a little yellowish cloud sometimes gets me
It's probably not harmful, but just comforting. It's really great to have you
and your expertise there to care for them!
Take care,

I use undiluted 3% every day to rinse my mouth and there is no pain. It
feels like water. I don't even taste it until I spit it out. Then I
rinse with silver, works great.

I think that it's true that waking up hungry in the middle of the night should
not be considered normal. When I did that, it was a symtom of a dental
infection.
Just my two cents!
