Dear Jodi; I completely agree with you on Rx Lithium. The dose you took was probably 200 - 400mg. of lithium 2 or 3 times daily and needed regular testing to try to adjust the dose to keep it from harming internal organs. The Orotate form of lithium is effective at extremely small doses.
