It is hard to notice in the equasion but the "Ag0" is actually Ag"zero" and not Ag"oh". I guess that the author wanted differentiate the charge of the silver since he had started with Ag+. As I read it, "2 Ag0" is the same as "2Ag". So it does show the conversion of silver ions to metallic silver.
