Yes -- absolutely.  That's what it's designed to do.  You set the dial for the ppm-level that you want, then plug it in.  When the ppm-level is reached, the generator turns itself off (even though it is still plugged in to electricity).  Does yours not do that?  What number do you have the dial

No, I did not try that. Should work though, since you will still have GSE in there. Maybe my 5 to 10 ppm CS is just not strong enough for that job? Anyway, I am happy with my results - never any skin rash, etc. All commercial deodorants give me severe rash - even the so called "hypo-allergenic"
