This isn't my personal experience but a friend of mine used Buteyko and got
off all her asthma medications and also cleared all allergies. It is a
blessing to her.

You might want to check on this. Where I have lived Palma Cristi is the
Castor Plant. Thuja extract comes from Thuja occidentalis trees. So they
are not the same thing here.
