MANY thanks, to Marshall, Odie, and ALL.
Somewhere in the last few years I shortened it to 24 hrs. Old age, I
guess (74).
Again, thanks to all who responded:

I had thought about this also, Nenah. What stopped me were all the fillers,
etc. that I didn't want bypassing the digestive system and going right into
the blood stream. If you find a source of pure B vitamins without any
additives I would be interested in the information.

Hi Gayla,
I use CS in all of my potions and lotions for that reason. Also, I
make nasal mists, eye drops, etc with it, knowing that it will not
contaminate easily and that it's cheap enough to replace once a month.
After deciding not to get some expensive plastic 'silver-impregnated'
Doug has a yahoo list that discusses liposomally encapsulating all kinds of
things but I'm not where i can give you the link right now. Will do so

Also, Dorothy, are you able to find that liposomal B complex product? I
have only personally been able to find b12 liposomal, and it would be great
to get other things with it.

Thank you Lena for your information. Regarding the lotions etc. how much CS
do you use .oz. CS to oz. lotions or what ever your ratio might be. I
like this idea..on misting the produce, do you use a brown bottle for the
CS.. or does it matter..

My daughter-in-law gave these as Christmas presents last year. They are
great! The dish rag NEVER smells bad like the others. I love them.

I am currently taking 3 cups per day of 11 PPM and very little herx. I can
find no doctor who agrees with taking CS except from Italy. My Lyme doctor
who said I have Lyme wants me to get her data as she has had it and both
sons have it and her husband has it.
Do we have a good test for
Not sure I understand the question. Data about how common lyme is? Or data
that CS is good for lyme?
Anyway, if you are neither herxing or improving with 24 fl oz of CS, CS is
not going to cut if by itself. I think borrelia is at an increased
likelihood to not be your main infection if you get
Is cs effective for Lyme? I have gone to her for 18 years and was tested
for other problems. I had my herx for many days but now less or not as
severe.

Yes CS has a very real effect on lyme. I think it is the best first line
option there is. Remember that 1 antibiotic basically is never enough to
beat lyme and co.
Have you had significant improvements with CS? If so, CS is therefore
effective against lyme complex just based on your case.
Can someone enlighten me if the lecithin is harmful for those with arterial
plaques? I am thinking of giving my hubby lipo C but someone told me the
lecithin makes cunks of plaque break away from walls of the arteries and cause
strokes. Now, i am afraid to give it to him.
Thanks.

This is what I have read also. The writer said to strengthen the arterial
walls before starting increased dosages of lecithin. Unfortunately I don't
remember what they said to use to strengthen the arterial walls.

Hi Kathy,
Quantity depends on need, and this is just my own intuitive take on
things. If I'm just trying to keep a substance stable (impervious to
contamination), The CS might be a quarter of the mix. Generally, If

Thank you Lena. I am thinking of substituting CS for the water in a lotion I
make. I will try and see how it works.
