Hi again, thanks for your comments, I tried taking the CS just one teaspoon and had the bad cramps again.. so stopped taking it completely and all my symptoms have more or less stopped.. maybe with an already stressed immune system I was sensitive to a  new substance or maybe it was just a  die

Sorry to hear it Dave.  All of our bodies and circumstances are different -- and the ultimate wisdom is to listen to what your body is telling you.  Perhaps you're allergic to silver (don't even know if that's possible).  Glad to hear that all your symptoms have stopped. MA
