Hi RaVen,
This is another interesting keeper!
I find that my feet sometimes get almost radiantly cold in bed and by focusing
on them I can change what's going on in my body. I'm a Reiki master, so I work
with energy a lot when I'm not utterly under the weather, but sometimes get

Hi PT,
At home. There are a couple fair nat-food stores in my county, but neither have
homeopathics, and a very limited number of EOs, so everything else is on-line.
I find that some things ship in a timely way, but others, like an IsoCort order

I had some, but it's not appearing. Living in the boonies, I will have to do

I had a cough for 4 months, tried antibiotics, over the counter meds (which
took away my sense of smell--three years now!). What helped a lot was
breathing air during the night with ozone in it.

Another suggestion --- the wet sock treatment - ever heard of it?

It helps bring heat to your feet, drawing the congestion away from your
lungs...

I did that once and regretted it for hours. Perhaps if you mix it with some
food but I never wanted to do that again. I was using pure essential oil of
oregano.

Thanks for the info. Can it be consumed directly without using capsules (none

With Oregan
Hi PT,
Yeah, every now and then we go from our familiar 'comfortable chronic' to nasty
acute! Still, this is better than last year's shingles!
OO is Oil of Oregano.
I take DMSO in my CS that I mist up my nose, drop in my eyes, and ears. Haven't
nebulised it yet: have just barely mastered smooth

Have you tried essential oil of red thyme? It is specific for respiratory
conditions. I have used it by putting a drop or two or three on a folded
tissue with lavender and eucalyptus and deep breathing the vapors. Wouldn't
try nebulizing it but you could mix with a little olive or coconut oil
Hi Lena,
Sorry you are in such straits! What is an OO? Also, I have never needed to do
this but have you considered a drop or two of DMSO in the CS? I have read of
others that did and they said it helped. The other thing is a mixture of CS
with peroxide and DMSO to nebulize.
Good luck.

Hi André,
A week of regularly-taken oz. of CS, my gut pretty much lost it balance (I was
too sick to keep up with my normal kefir-making routine) Today, I'm back on
track with that, I hope. CS is sovereign, but I'll add OO because this misery
must stop. No stone unturned. Too exhausting to conti

The CS will kill the bacteria but not touch the virus.
Different critters.
