Doc Shillington was a student of Dr. Christopher's and he has a very similar
formula which I have been using for several months now. It has helped
tremendously not only with the floaters ( these were diagnosed when I was only
19 and Im farsighted- contrary to some information i read on here

Yes, I do mine this way too, except I use a quart canning jar with plastic
lid. I only use 1 tsp of grains to 3/4 of the jar of milk. It generally is
finished in 24 hours - Nice and thick and creamy, but as you said in warm
weather its done in 12 or less. In hot weather I do half the
