Hi Asif, I got de-ionised water at Rs 40 / lit. Ask some pathological laboratory, where they get their stuff from. Those suppliers can give you distilled water at Rs 15 / lit. or de-ionised & distilled water at Rs 40/lit. Only plain distilled water has much lower resistance when I dip multimeter

Thank you all for helpful replies. I liked the idea of measuring conductivity of DW as well as EIS. If we know the initial conductivity of DW and final of EIS, what could be the ppm ? in micro-siemens ? Regards, Devidas
