One more way to use CS that I'm surprised nobody mentioned..
Clay is far superior to using charcoal in this case, IMO, because it
protects the stomach lining while detoxing. Clay and charcoal absorb quite
differently too. Both are great, but I only like charcoal for short-term
acute situations

I would try putting it in capsules and taking on an empty stomach, maybe a
spoon full of baking soda just prior to weaken the stomach acid.

Has anybody had success with our Silver with diverticulitis ?
I'm having a flare up now... taking bentonite clay and in the past
that has worked. New silver puppy should arrive this week.
