Anybody know if it matters if they are taken with a meal or on an empty
stomach? With or without your normal supplements if any?

If you are using 35% H2O2, you would let your taste
buds/stomach be your guide. In an 8-oz glass of
water/CS, I get nauseated by more than 10 drops. Your

Bob, start taking Vit E, 400 I.U. for a month, then
increasing to 800 for a month. Also selenium, 100
mcg/day.
Also. if you add a few drops of Food Grade hydrogen
peroxide to your CS each
