If you buy distilled water - I have found Walgreen's to be the best
distilled water (at least in my area). It is always less than 1 uS.

pretty fast.
If the water is really fresh and over ozonated, it will oxidize silver
ions resulting in a brown brew.
All commercial distilled water is ozonated so far as I have seen. [Maybe
