Seems your membranes cant take the GSE very well. I
can use up to 7 drops in one neti pot without burning,
it could be because your membranes are more dry. The
ayurvedic oils dont create that problem, they nourish
the membranes without, also without causing more
mucus. 5 drops is the typical dosage
fungus.

Hmmm, that is interesting as the information I found previously said
that Nonoxynol was one of many trade names used for BAC. But you are
correct, as I just ran a sear

BTW, nonoxynol and benzalkonium are two entirely different chemicals, though
both used as spermicides.

Thanks everyone for your replies on this.
I have tried almost everything suggested, except the Lugol's iodine, which I
have thought about, but hesitated as I didn't know if anyone else had ever
tried it as a nasal rinse. Now I know it won't kill me, I'll give it a go.
I'll write more when I have

It's amazing how bio-chemically unique we all are; I've found GSE to be
fantastic at killing off infections!

Copper does strange things to CS.
Drop a small piece of shiney copper into a batch and let it sit for a week or two..you'll see.
It pulls about everything out of the water and drops it on the bottom...copper still shiney or sometimes turns silvery.
