You CANNOT use tap waterfor mixing with CS. There are too many
impurieties in it that the filters will not remove.
Use only RO or DW for mixing with CS!!

I mix CS in my cat's drinking water which is tap water run through a Teledyne
faucet filter. It almost always turns color immediately on adding the CS to the
