Elizabeth, I took Kroegers Wormwood Kit, that I purchased from Vitacost, to get rid of probable parasites, and the bonus was all the skin tags on my neck and under arms disappeared, over 40 of them. Suggested to a friend that she try it and she had the same results, so I think it is worth the $40
