Yes pure Vanilla extract. Works like a charm. Like I said mine is 35% alcohol
maybe that's the active ingredient. Ha, ha. I swallowed it after I was
finished swishing. U.

H-E-L-P.
Yes, use 10/90% DMSO/CS. Keep in mouth for at least 4 minutes.
Also swish with *warm* salt water as strong as you can stand it.
Vanilla extract swished for about 2 minutes will help with pain.

Hi, another old-time temporary fix, for the tooth part, is oil of clove
which pharmacies used to carry but also likely nowadays found in health
organic supplement type stores. Soak a tooth pick in the oil of clove
and dab it onto the tooth - the stuff stings like crazy so minimize lip
contact.

I have found that if I soak the bad tooth with hydrogen peroxide it works. I
have had 2 abscesses and both were cured with the peroxide. I held it in my
mouth for about 3 mins. four or five times a day. I also used CS before bed
time and held that in my mouth about 3-4 mins. { didn't swallow

Oil of Clove does, indeed, help most toothaches. There is another protocol,
which we have found
You can get a 20% lidocaine gel in the drug store... I believe it's Anbesol.
Procaine and novocaine (same thing) are by prescription only.
