I saw Ukranians pick horsetail and make a tea from it. They said horsetail
is loaded with silica.
Last dental exam the dentist found 6 cavities. These are the first
cavities found since I started using CS. I am approaching 80 years old and my
dentist said he can help until 90 years old.
Is food grade diatomaceous earth a helpful source of silica?

I put in a whole banana, a heaping T of lecithin granules, into 1.5 C
home made kefir and blend the heck out of it. Not bad. Less is a bit

This Eidon product has WAY more silica than BioSil, which is the only other
product I know of that claims bioavailable silica. And this is cheaper too!
