No. I was on ABX for about 4 months last year for infection in a bone in my hand. Two cycles oral, with CS orally in between cycles. Then 4 weeks IV also giving myself CS through my IV port. Then another 3 cycles of oral ABX along with CS. No harmful side effects. I did use Kefir during that
