The Aveo TSD Anti snoring aid may be a good way to go if you want to avoid drugs. Not had any personal experience with one of these units but feel they might be worth checking out at http://aveosleep.com/ Locally they retail at NZ$150.00 - not cheap but could be money well spent for a problem
